The Neon team recently expanded to welcome Jayme Forbes.
Jayme joined us having been a self-employed surveyor for over a decade. Known to Duncan and Will from working together for a national surveying company in the past, Jayme has built a reputation for dealing with high value, complex interior area surveys.
Coupled with his extensive surveying knowledge and experience, Jayme’s spirit of collaboration and communication – not only in working with his fellow team members but also with clients and tenants – make him a perfect addition to the Neon Team.
As Jayme puts it:
“There’s a real human side to being a surveyor which all the Neon team appreciate. It may be that you’re surveying a building with 100 different tenants and you need to interact with every one in just a couple of days. You have to be able to socialize, gain their co-operation and hit the grown running.”
Jayme also shares our passion for harnessing new technology to deliver speedier, higher quality surveys for our customers. Something that is vital as a member of the Neon team!
Jayme’s arrival helps us push the boundaries of what we achieve for our customers. As Duncan explains:
“Having known Jayme for nearly two decades and worked with him closely, I know his work ethic and quality of work to be of the highest standard. His extensive experience strengthens Neon’s multiple survey disciplines. It enables us to continue to enhance what we do for our customers – reacting quicker to their required timescales and enabling them to get their projects over the line.
I look forward to Jayme contributing to some of our behind-the-scenes systems. These are areas that our clients won’t directly experience, but will enhance the delivery and turnaround of their surveys.”
