Business Development Manager
Neon Surveys is a fast growing geomatics survey company using the most modern technologies and methods, with operations across the whole of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
With a strong, highly skilled team in place, we are seeking grow the business and require a Business Development Manager to identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities.
About You
You will be a communicative, outgoing individual with established relationships within the property investment/construction sectors to tap into.
You will enjoy approaching existing and new contacts.in an engaging manner.
You will be systemised in your approach to populating the business sales funnel.
You will have experience and knowledge of Area Referencing and Measured building surveys. Experience in an associated BD role and project management would be an advantage.
You will have a good level of general education and be prepared to travel for meetings as required, with a full driving licence.
About the Role
This role is full time and permanent.
The duties consist of:
- Maintaining and fostering relationships with Neon’s existing customer base
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential new customers
- Creating new business leads for Neon
- Creating, sharing and promoting associated promotional materials
- Identifying and attending opportunities to network on behalf of the business
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to raise the profile of the business
- Identifying and presenting new growth opportunities for the business
- Attending meetings with existing and potential clients as and when required
Technical knowledge required:
- Knowledge of the different area referencing codes
- Knowledge of measured building surveys.
- An understanding of the different types of survey methods
